This was a Amazon First Reads freebie for December, and I loved it. Redheaded coder Emma is horrified that her amazing literacy program is going to relegated to an app, and someone–a dude from Indian–is coming in to take over the project. She advocates for her leadership position, resulting in both her and Rishi getting sent to India to complete the work. They both fight (she throws a donut at his head) and connect over food, and the descriptions in this book will make you ravenous for a great meal.

Lots of funny moments and great will they or won’t they tension. POV alternates between the characters.
